It’s a common need among most businesses: having ready access to short-term capital. Desert Community Bank has the solution: a business line of credit. This credit arrangement allows you to borrow funds (up to your limit), repay them, and then borrow again when the need arises.

- Access to lines starting at $10,000 with a floating interest rate
- Offers working capital when you need it most
- Collateral may or may not be required and may include accounts receivable, inventory, machinery and equipment, real estate, marketable securities, cash, and/or certificates of deposit
- Does not amortize; payments are interest only.
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY REQUIRES A BUSINESS TO:
- Meet lending requirements and receive credit approval
- Be established for at least two years (for secured lines) and three years (for unsecured lines)
- Establish appropriate business and personal credit history
- Report no bankruptcies, business or personal
- Show profitability and cash flow that meet both new and current financial obligations without relying on investment income
